Trina Van Pelt is a Partner at WovenEarth Ventures and a member of the Investment Committee. She stewards the firm's direct investment strategy and investment management.

Trina brings over 25 years of experience across global venture, growth capital, and acquisitions — architecting investment strategy, deploying capital at scale, and building high-performing teams while guiding companies through growth, transformation, and value creation. She has executed over 100 global transactions with over $50B in aggregate value and developed deep domain expertise in digital infrastructure, intelligent edge, physical AI, and data-centric platforms. Trina serves as a trusted advisor to multistage technology companies and a member of private boards.

Previously, Trina spent 20 years in investment and M&A leadership roles at Intel. At Intel Capital, she served as a General Partner and Investment Committee member — co-managing its 250+ company portfolio, leading the Frontier Tech investment domain, and serving on numerous private boards. Earlier, as Vice President of M&A, she led over 40 global buy- and sell-side transactions and partnerships across the data center, intelligent edge, and AI divisions. Prior to Intel, she worked in corporate development at CNET Networks, growth equity at TA Associates, and investment banking at Lehman Brothers.

She holds an MSM from Stanford University's Graduate School of Business and a BBA from the University of Michigan.
