Ryan Auker is a Fellow at WovenEarth Ventures, focused on portfolio management, data analytics, reporting, and due diligence.

Ryan is also a PhD candidate in Civil and Environmental Engineering at Stanford, researching resilient infrastructure and the integration of energy and transportation systems. Ryan has worked in cleantech since 2017, starting his career in the energy practice at Guidehouse (formerly Navigant), where he built expertise in energy systems, energy markets, mobility, and a variety of clean technologies. He joined Rivian in 2020 on its energy and charging team, where he helped build the company's advanced energy strategy and grew with the company from start of production through its IPO and scale-up. He stepped away from Rivian in 2024 to pursue a master's degree and focus on PhD research addressing key challenges he had observed in industry.

Ryan holds an MS in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Stanford University and a BA in Economics and Environmental Studies from UC Santa Barbara.
