Caitlin Chicoski is a Senior Associate, Investments at WovenEarth Ventures, where she helps drive the firm’s investment and portfolio management activities. She spearheads investment diligence, portfolio analytics, and investor reporting, supports fundraising and LP communications, manages aspects of fund operations, and develops systems and processes that support the firm’s investment activities.

Caitlin brings experience across climate, early-stage investing, and investment analysis and management. Prior to joining WovenEarth, she worked at Pana Low Carbon Economy Investments, where she evaluated decarbonization growth equity opportunities, and at Cherrystone Angel Group, where she conducted investment diligence on early-stage biotechnology companies.

Caitlin holds an MA in Sustainability Science and Practice and a BA in Human Biology from Stanford University, where she was a Division I lacrosse player and team captain.
