Alicia Virtue is a Partner, Operations at WovenEarth Ventures, where she translates strategic priorities into coordinated execution and supports key elements of the firm's operational infrastructure. Her role spans technology and platform governance, compliance administration, relationship intelligence, investor communications, and capital formation.

Alicia brings extensive experience leading complex, mission-driven organizations across higher education, public service, energy, digital media, and the defense sector. She has managed large, multi-campus operations encompassing library and learning services, educational technology, information systems, budgets, vendors, and organizational change. Earlier in her career, she coordinated educational initiatives and public programming for an energy investment firm and led digital news operations for a major newspaper publisher. She also provided operational guidance to US embassy library programs across multiple regions and worked in defense environments involving classified information management and research support.

Alicia holds an EdD in Organizational Leadership from Brandman University, an MLIS in Library & Information Science from UCLA, and a BA in Linguistics from UC Santa Barbara.
